I heard Natoma's has closed down - such a bummer. It's surprising no one has given Natoma a shoutout yet. Their steaks are seriously delicious - cooked just right in butter. And those breadsticks are something else - that topping is pure magic. When in Newark, forget the chain restaurants and treat yourself to Natoma for a real steak experience.
