I've enjoyed the Hunan Chicken, Pork, and Beef, all of which were decent, while my wife loves the chicken and broccoli. The sesame chicken was flavorful with a thick sauce, the sweet and sour chicken was crispy, and the egg rolls were so delicious that I would suggest ordering extra; overall, it has become my go-to for tasty Chinese food with quick service and reasonable prices.

Although I have eaten several meals here, tonight I deviated from my normal General Tso Chicken and ordered menu item C1--chicken Chow mien.

I brought the food back to the restaurant and politely asked for an exchange. The young lady at the counter said, "So sorry. That is food you order. We cannot give you a refund." I attempted to politely engage the lady, but the end result was that I was stuck with bad tasting food, no exchange.

In my lifetime, I have a few meals that I have been less than satisfied with. At an eat in restaurant, the food is ALWAYS exchanged. At a fast food place, the exchange happens so long as the food is brought back. In the case of New China, no satisfaction is to be had.

I do not recommend this restaurant.
