The food at this authentic Chinese restaurant is delicious, but communication with the owners, who have limited English proficiency, may require some patience and the use of Google Translate for clarification. Despite this potential challenge, the customer service is exceptional, and the timely preparation of dishes has always been consistent during my years of patronizing this establishment.

I went to New Ming restaurant for lunch and ordered the Egg Drop Soup and 5 Chicken Wings. The older male that took my order his shirt pants and shoes were filthy. When I began to eat my Chicken Wings they had chicken hair/feathers fried in the chicken. The Egg Drop Soup was good. They don't clean there chicken. The male need to look presentable when serving the public.
