We have been ordering Nick's for over 6 years. Typically the Chicken, Jo-Jos, and pizza. Always delicious. The staff has always been friendly, and the food was always ready when they told us to pick it up. We have not used the delivery service since we live right up the road. So no opinion there. Really like the new store in Norton more than the older one on Wooster.

I live just a few streets from Nick's and for me, it's a common treat. Their pizza (my usual order) is absolutely amazing, though the one complaint I have would be the establishment. Not very well kempt, but other than that, no complaints. I love Nick's.

Cold food... Didn't receive part of order... First they said they would credit my account for next time I said please just send the rest of order they said no then told me that I didn't order what was missing. Awful. Plus my lettuce was partly brown. Yuck! Barely any meat on a $7.50 sub rip off. NEVER AGAIN

Nick's Rocks! The pizza and chicken are great and the employees are friendly. We have been buying from Nick's for 15 years. The only place I'll get my pizza and chicken.

Dear nicks. Maybe when you say an hour for delivery you should actually stand by that. Oh and when the customer calls to complain and see what's going on(a good 1/2 an hour after the promised delivery time too by the way b/c stuff happens ) maybe you should get pissy, yell back and hang up on the paying customer. Just a thought from someone who ran a pizza shop, I know it sucks but you choose to do. Suck it up!!!
