My wife used the phone app to check in early and were told to come right over. When we arrived we were told the app was not dependable and that our wait would be 30-35 minutes. We waited 45 minutes and asked about our seating status and we're told they were in the process of prepping our table. 15 minutes later we were told they were not waiting on a server. VERY unprofessional . We waited an hour and couldn't get seated . We told the rep we weren't waiting any longer and never once heard " we are sorry". Disorganized and rude employees. Never again! We can make pasta at home!
