The service was so bad we ordered at 6:57 PM an did not leave till 8:35 PM while everyone else was getting there leaving within 15 min apparently one of there staff messed up the time when we tried confronting the employees about it one of the said in a real snippy tone "well we made it at pickup time witch was 8:00PM" when we never booked it for that late then they messed up on our order an said we would give us a $40.00 gift card witch would have covered our dinner of $37.25 but we only received a $20.00 gift card i really hope your staff are not act like that to everyone specially at time like this when something could be said like that to the wrong person

Was there today with our grandson, he ordered wedding soup with his meal had 3 pcs of greens , 3 meatball and broth. No noodles. Said our meal might take a while busy, we werent 7 minutes into our salad and soup here comes our meal and she brings another bowl of soup loaded for grandson we never asked for, she said something but she talked to fast and was in a hurry I tryed to tell her I dont like my food when I am eating my salad she acted like she didnt hear me. Grandson had to go to the bathroom he is 15, came back in 30 seconds said he walked in walked out human crap all over the floor. Worst $57 we spent on a meal

Went to the Olive Garden in Niles, Ohio. While waiting for our pager to flash, I observed the hostess. "Kennedy" had the most genuine smile and greeted the customers so warmly! Our waitress, Rachele, was excellent! I think the manager should consider giving these young ladies a raise....make Ms. Kennedy's raise at least two dollars an hour more than what she gets now....and no, I am not related to her. :)
