Been to your place for ice cream starting back in 1973. Witnessed one of your employees totally mishandle an older customer. I did not hear who was correct your associate or the old lady, but your associate should of just said I am sorry for the confusion and made things right. You have most definitely lost there business and more then likely my family's business. Hope this comment helps you in training your associates that the customer is always right, and to show more respect for the older generation.
