Customer service was rude and they acted as if doing their job was the last thing they wanted to do. When we got home my husband bit into his first bite of pizza only to be chewing a hair. He then inspected the pizza more closely and saw another one..he tried to pull it off and it was baked into the crust. It was our first time trying the pizza Hut in Orrville, and it will definitely be our last!
