Tonight, the garlic cheese bread with marinara stole the show as my top pick, leaving me craving more. The torpedo and pepperoni pizza was simply divine, with a crispy crust and delicious toppings that made it a winning choice. The service was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the overall experience was worth every minute of the wait.

My husband likes this and brings it home for supper about once a month. Guess it's a cultural thing for Nerk folks to like this place, I get that; but I really don't see what all the fuss is about. There's nothing to it! I'm a crust person and Plaza gives me nada to work with, you could read the paper through the flour and water mix bottom crust on their pizza. What little sauce is there tastes bitter, but I will say they are generous with all topping except cheese. When I hear that's what we're having for supper, it hits me as, "meh, but I won't have to cook". That's about all that can be said about Plaza.

I have tried every pizza place on this side of town; and by far and away this is the Best Pizza in Newark, Ohio Area.

Definately the best around. Every time I come to visit in Ohio I get a Plaza Pizza. The only pizza that was maybe better was in Naples, Italy.

I have loved Plaza Pizza since 1972. I have tried almost every pizza in town......and some are great but Plaza is SUPERIOR to all.
