Driving out of my way to Quarry Cafe was a game-changer after opting out of waiting at a big chain. The multitasking woman who greeted us was a pro, managing everything with grace. The food was spot on, from perfectly cooked eggs to the best apple pancake I've had in years. We'll definitely be returning to this charming hometown spot in Amherst.
