Ray's Pizza in Wintersville is my absolute favorite. I make the 45-minute drive passing other pizza places just to indulge in their delicious pizza. The crust is crispy, the sauce is perfectly balanced, and the quality ingredients make it superior to any other pizza in the Ohio Valley.

Stopped as I have for years and tryed to give me reheated pizza I did not want it and still have not got my money back no pizza or a refund this place is rude and I will never go back
