Sending a letter to the manager, had some issues with seating there on Sunday August 23rd our party was 12 people and we had reservations. We were seated on the back patio with a birthday party going on of a total of 50 people with a buffet, none wearing masks and very loud. We were the only other table out there with them and could not enjoy our lunch due to this. Two in our party did not eat as they did not want to remove their masks we could not talk to each other due to the birthday party noise. We have dined here often meeting up with family from Erie, Cleveland and Painesville and usually everything is fine. There was one other time we had reservations for 18 and wanted the patio but they forgot our reservation and had to seat us inside. But last Sunday was not acceptable at all and we should have left. Putting us in a room with 50 people we did not know and the noise was just a little too much for our party of 12 not sure we will be back might have to find a different location to meet up as you seem to not care where you seat people with reservations as long as you seat them and get them in. With the virus that is going on right now this should have never happen and maybe we should have reported it to the Ohio Health department.
Letter to manager will follow as I am really upset about this for sure.
