Working downtown I used to frequent the Squirrel often. Over the past year, I noticed the quality of the ingredients, and portions had begun to diminish. Alas, the subsequently closed.
But wait, only temporarily, last week they re-opened under new ownership & management. Decided to give them another chance....but again they failed even fundamental service; giving the the incorrect sandwhich; upon return of the sandwhich, they did get it right the 2nd time, but I'm still very disappointed with the service and the product. Sure they're busy.........but isn't everyone. I'll spend my lunch money and hour elsewhere.

I've been coming there for a long time but today I saw a manager walk in screaming about his schedule to a waitress girl until she was in tears. I find this very appalling and will not be going back to any red squirrel again.
