Stepping inside felt like a warm embrace from a bygone era, with a cozy, small-town atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. The breakfast was satisfying and flavorful, from the crispy bacon to the fluffy biscuits smothered in rich, spicy gravy, all served quickly by genuinely friendly staff who made me feel like family. Despite a bit of a wait due to local events, the combination of home-cooked comfort food and welcoming service made it clear I'll be coming back again soon.

Had breakfast at Sam and Ethel's for the first time. The wait was a bit long due to the soccer tournament, but the food was really good, especially the crispy bacon. The server was super friendly and the overall experience was satisfying. If you're ever in Tipp City, give this place a shot. The breakfast sandwich, quarter park cakes, and scrambled eggs with sausage were all delicious. The small town atmosphere and quick service made it a great spot for a meal.

Best home cookin in the area. Big breakfasts and great specials. Especially Chicken Pot Pie, Meatloaf, Lasagna and the Pies!
