I have been a loyal customer of Shake Shoppe for many years, enjoying their delicious food offerings. The burgers and chicken dishes are particularly tasty, earning a solid 4-star rating from me. However, I must mention that the cleanliness of the restaurant, especially the bathroom and dining area, left much to be desired. My suggestion would be to utilize the drive-thru option and enjoy your meal elsewhere for a more pleasant dining experience.
