My fiancí© and I woke up early on a Sunday in Cleveland before the Browns game and found Shay's, where we enjoyed tasty breakfast and lunch dishes at very reasonable prices with fast, friendly service that made us feel right at home. The corned beef hash was amazing, the portions were generous, and although the space could use a bit of cleaning, the overall experience was wonderful enough that we'll definitely be back whenever we're in town.

The breakfast and lunch dishes at Shay's are delicious and reasonably priced. The service is friendly and efficient, making for a pleasant dining experience.

Bank coming nearest since 2001 service is great but the quality of food done went down tremendously. was there 2 days in a roll. During the holiday. and the food tasted old and stale they must have new cooks I'm afraid I'm going to put Shay's down

Shay's is one of my favorite places in Cleveland. Been here 100 times over the years and never been disappointed.

The prices are nice. The food is average, nothing special. The establishment is dirty -they really need to just take a day and do a full scrub down and paint. The staff seems overworked but friendly. Too many gnats and flies. I came because it was listed as one of the best diners in Cleveland, but I don't see how it made the list. I won't be back.

Every time we are in cleveland We must stop at shays the food and and service is second to none

Shay's is my favorite place to get pizza from and i love all of the people who work there they are all very nice.
