10/19/18 Ordered a 18* all meat pizza from Spanky's in Wayne OH. It was the BEST pizza with a boat load of toppings . Top notch pizza.

Good pizza, BUT the worst service I have ever eexperienced! We ordered 2 extra large pizzas and got my card charged 3 Times!! For $33 dollars each, PLUS they said it declined due to a zip code error, And we had to give them $33 dollar's cash upon delivery. I called my card to figure out how it got declined and sure enough, Spankys definitely charge my card 3 times. My husband called the shop, the manager said he would call the owner and call me back. I received the phone call from the manager, he told me that the owner had to call me the next day because he couldn't get into the computer system at the moment. I still have yet to receive that call, and its been 3/days!! I called my card holder just to file a dispute for the 3 charges. I will never use my card again for this establishment. I didnt even get an apology from the owner. I'm still having to go through this hassle just to get my money back. $132 dollars for 2 large pizzas. What a joke

i have had no problems with these guys for the year i have been living here and they don't treat you bad when they have messed up on my food they have done everything possible to make me happy and they have never hung up on me.
