My boyfriend and I swung by a gas station for a late-night refuel on our trip back to Illinois from Ohio, and were pleasantly surprised to find a Subway tucked away inside. The sandwiches were so good - my boyfriend practically inhaled his meatball sub, and I devoured my tuna sandwich and a bag of Ruffles before he could make it back from the bathroom. Can't wait to swing by Speedway again next May for the rock festival, and hopefully Blanche will still be there making those delicious subs!
