Stan's was a beloved restaurant that holds a special place in my heart, having been a part of my life since I was a child. The memories of my mother working as a waitress there and the delicious haddock and chicken basket dishes are etched in my mind. The loss of Stan's due to the fire has left a void in the community, and its absence is deeply felt by many.
