Went through the drive-thru several months ago. Was told to look over the menu. I told them I was ready to order. Again, same person (female) said over the loudspeaker to look over the menu. I told them again I was ready to order. She came back yet again and said please take a few moments to look over the menu. Yet again, said I was ready to order. This time, a young male voice comes on, stating "Go somewhere else". I am just shocked at the rudeness and poor service of this place. Before this experience, the service was still poor through the drive through-I was always asked to pull up then had to wait for 10 or 15 minutes before I got my food, which was cold. I have since complained to the general manager, and from my understanding with talking with other people, things have not gotten any better. My advice is to step it up if you want to remain in business, and hire more efficient, friendly, pleasant people.

Saturday evening, July 23rd, around 8:00 p.m. my wife, myself, and two of my grandchildren stopped in for dinner. The restaurant was not busy, and only 2 servers were visibly working. The sign said to "wait to be seated", which we did. After 10 minutes we were still standing waiting to be seated, when other customers, walked in, found and approached a server, and were given the freedom to sit wherever they wanted, getting seated. In all our experiences at your restaurant, which have been favorable, we felt extremely disrespected, and disappointed that we could not enjoy our dining experience. We left without ever speaking to "any" employees, as no one ever approached us, and then tried to explain to our grandchildren why no one helped us. We had no explanation!
