They promise to train their people but it's a constant problem with this location. The Subway App is constantly having glitches where you can't complete an order. But if you try to go through the store or in person, they won't honor the coupons or discounts that the app advertises or gives you. If you try to talk to somebody about it, they say they can't do anything about it because it's the app and the coupons and discounts are separate. But any good retailer worth their salt knows that you could always fix things. They choose not to honor the coupons or discounts in store and basically force you to pay more and blame it on a glitch. It's a bunch of bait and switch. After the third time having the same problem and then not willing to fix it would highly not recommend using this location. Other locations will usually do it.
