The food is good

I've visited Summerfields multiple times for meals, and I've always been pleased with their offerings for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff is welcoming, and the menu, while not fully displayed on the wall, offers a variety of delicious options including unique Appalachian dishes. If you're feeling adventurous, I highly recommend trying their pickled beef tongue sandwich with pickled onions and peppers - a surprisingly delightful choice! And don't forget to ask for some hot sauce to enhance the flavors, along with a frosty mug of their house-made sweet tea.
