I've tried plenty of sushi spots in Northeast Ohio, and Sushi Katsu is hands down my favorite for authentic sushi. The spicy tuna roll here is a real standout - it's got a great kick and the tuna tastes super fresh. While it might not be the fanciest joint, the food is truly something special. The staff are also really friendly and add to the overall experience.
