SHADY, UNRELIABLE PRACTICES and RUDE WORKERS. Two days after donating $25 for a Tony G's coupon pamphlet from a "Relay for Life" door-to-door charity representative named Chuck, I ordered a couple of pizzas that were on one of the 40 coupons. When I stopped in to pick the pizzas up, however, I found that the price had gone up $1.00 per coupon. When I told the girl at the counter that they shouldn't raise the prices on coupons after they were already printed up, she explained with a "too bad" attitude that the prices were subject to change. When I got home, I called them back to ask what other prices on their coupon sheet had been increased. The fellow that answered the phone rudely told me that he wasn't going to go through all of that, and advised me to look up the prices on the internet myself! I simply said "Thanks, you've been a lot of help", and hung up the phone. But when I tried to view their website, their menu wouldn't even come up - all I got was a blank page! My advice is to spend your money at an honest, considerate business in the Fairview Park area rather than this one.

The service on the phone when I ordered was bad, then when we got our pizzas, that cost more than many of their competitors in the area, we found it tasted really bad, like a frozen pizza. I called to get a refund and the person said he didn't have the authority. Then some lady called me back, but instead of offering me a refund, she offered me credit for half my order so I could get more of their nasty small pizzas. I won't go back, I like to support small local business but not when they don't care about their customers.

I am always amazed with the service and great food we recieve when we visit. One of the best things to happen to Fairview Park. Lets just hope Fairview starts supporting their own businesses!

The pizza nothing special. Crust is quite cardboardish. And in case you could not tell "Sue" that posted a five star rated review (above this one) is one of their employees.

OWNERS WERE NOT COOPERATIVE WITH US WHEN OUR PIZZAS ARRIVED LATE, COLD, AND TASTE LIKE CARDBOARD!
