Haven't been to Victory in many years. Moved to NYC long ago. Have never forgotten the great chili dogs I used to order and sit at counter with glass of Coke. Consuming three chili dogs was easy. Occasionally I would order one or two dogs and a bowl of chili. I probably went there over 100 times. It was considered by many to be a greasy spoon and maybe it was. Very seldom was I ever there when girls or women were seated. Anyway, I loved the place and have never forgotten the special taste of the chili dogs. A little reminiscing here. Way past my prime. Thanks.
