Went through the drive thru, got pulled for fries, waited 15 minutes after being pulled for my order. Employee came out an apologized saying someone got hurt and they forgot about us. This was roughly 8pm. I get home and realize that most of my order was not there (after my 20 minute drive home). I tried to look before I left but they had stuffed everything into 1 bag so you really couldn't see much without unpacking the entire bag. I called (I'm assuming it was the manager that answered the phone) and explained to her that after being forgot about outside for 15 minutes they forgot half my food. She then informed me that they were short handed and went on and on about people not coming to work. This was excuse #2 for poor service (the 1st one I can deal with). When I told her that was no excuse for forgetting most of my order, she then got hostile screaming saying well what do you want me to do, huh what do you want me to do? Do you want me to refund your money when you come back to Bryan tomorrow. I explained to her that I wasn't coming back to Bryan tomorrow and she stated again "well what do you want me to do". This lady was screaming at me over the phone because they forgot my food that I paid for!! I then informed her that due her attitude she should refund my entire $30 I just spent. Holy cow that really set her off, she was screaming so loud my son said is that lady really yelling at you right now. She was so out of control, I couldn't even make out what she was saying. I asked her what her name was because I was calling the store manager and corporate. She then stated good for you cuz I'm on camera. Don't know what that had to do with her screaming at a customer over the phone. Finally she gave me her name Marsha. I told her again I was calling to report her. I have NEVER called a restaurant about a messed up order before and been screamed at. I see this review is not the only one for belligerent employees. We are frequent customers of the Bryan Wendy's, well after tonight, we were, won't give this store another dime of my money.
