ALL WENDYS ARE HORRIBLE!!! Wendy's gave up years ago . In the 90s Wendy's was special. Now it's garbage. How many times do you just end up tossing the French fries right out?

The Wendy's on Cemetery Rd in Hilliard is quite possibly the WORST Wendy's in the area - int he whole of Columbus. The wait is very long even for Covid considerations. Masks on workers but not worn properly. In three tries over 6 months every order was messed up. Rubbery brown fries. No lettuce on the burgers. Missing items, wrong items. A very poorly managed store. NEEDS HELP -- WENDY's CORPORATE PLEASE CHECK TO SEE WHAT IS GOING ON.
