Dear Owner operator, I went thru you're drive-thru this evening 6:20pm. for my supposed "fresh" dinner. I ordered you're newly advertised grilled chicken combo. With a baked potato, instead of the fries. Along with a Spicy 6PC. chicken nuggets, and a ceaser side salad. When I got home and opened my packaged dinner. I was VERY dissapointed. Here's why. The 6PC. was original. And not the spicy I requested. The side salad was a garden salad. And not the ceaser that I requested. (But did get the ceaser dressing packet). But still not the same. And finally. The baked potato that I requested. Was totally brown inside, and shriveled up. Now you cannot tell me that this particular baked potato was not prepared earlier this morning for the lunch customers! I know your managerial staff have most likely been informed about food cost. But serving food that has been held over from lunch. And then served for dinner. Will eventually cost you customers. This is a fact!!! Your company uses the word "Fresh" in their advertising. But for this location. I believe you, and you're staff turn a blind eye to this. Very unfortunate. And a very dissatisfied long time customer to this location.
