At the drive thru window at approximately 12:05 pm on Main Street in Ravenna, OH on Feb 24, 2021 we stopped to pick up our mobile order. We showed our key tags for two free junior frosties. The manager yelled to employees "watch the time" then told us that we should have ordered them. We told him that we ordered and paid through the mobile app and there was no place to order the free frosties without a charge being applied. He then told us that we should have told them that at the same time we drove up to the speaker and said we had a mobile order. He then told us we would have to go all the way back to the end of the drive thru line again and circle around if we wanted our two free junior frosties. We said "forget it" and left. Terrible manager. He appeared to be a tall, spender, white man, in case anyone needs these details to identify him and retrain him.
