Took Dad out for breakfast at Whitey's Diner in Fremont, and despite arriving late morning, we snagged one of the last tables in a lively, welcoming atmosphere. The food was fantastic with huge portions-especially the Bubba omelette and home fries-and the friendly staff made the whole experience feel like a true taste of small-town hospitality.
