My go-to choices are the hunan, szechuan, and moo shu dishes, which I enjoy with extra spiciness and chili oil. Additionally, don't miss out on the delicious cold sesame noodles, which are not listed on the menu but can be requested and enhanced with some extra hot oil. Just a heads up, when ordering carry out, it's best to give them an extra 10 minutes beyond the 15-20 minutes they estimate for your order to be ready.
