I remember when they first opened up on Potter Road they were a big hit, I was in the Providence store recently to buy a bagel with butter and paid $2.19 which I think is very high for a bagel, i usually go to Manhattan bagel because it's just as good for $1.60 Why would I pay $.55 more for a bagel When it's costing them about $.40 for a bagel and butter

I hardly ever give a negative review but y'all need some help. Love your bagels but this last trip made me walk out. I pulled on the parking lot and noticed an elderly man walk in. 5 minutes later I walked in with my 18 month daughter. The man was just acknowledged by an employee. The employee was not welcoming and seemed agitated. The elderly man was apologizing for getting the employees attention. She then proceeded to take the mans order still wearing the same gloves that she has been wearing s few moments earlier while cleaning the rest room. The elderly man asked the employee politely if she would wash her hands. But then employee stated that washing hands was not necessary bc new gloves will be out on. I could not believe what was happening before my eyes. Total disregard to sanitation/health risk. The man love Ike's back st me and I told him that I'm not trying to get my family sick. I left thanking him. And he left right behind.

Lately their bagels are not cooked thoroughly, sales girls need to be more educated as to what they should look like when given to their customers. Had to throw 6 bagels out, and recently bought kaiser rolls and they were cut in half and had a hole in the bottom of it. Looked for manager but they are never there, they do need to fine better EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!. Please educate your staff.........
