I've been to a few Capriotti's locations, and this one is just as reliable as the others. Their classic wagyu slaw be joe is always a solid choice. The food is consistently tasty, the place is clean, and the staff is attentive. If you're in the area, it's worth stopping by for a satisfying sandwich and maybe try their Brookie dessert.

Apparently Friday afternoons aren't the time to order. First the wait was long. Then they "lost" my order. Then got home to realize we were missing a sandwich. Went back to pick up it up, the Bobbie had one glob of cranberry jell in the middle. A lot of dressing with very little turkey. I'll keep my money, you keep your sandwiches from here on out.
