loved this place but......restaurant is now permanently closed!!!!

Service was horrible the servers were very unprofessional, they seem to have more time speaking to one another then focus on our table. The food took forever as well as our salads that we ordered thinking the come before that meal well apparently not at this establishment. We also had to ask time and time again to refill our drinks and bread sticks hard as a rock. How do you serve this food to the public. Lettuce was wilted tomatoes were mushy i was very disappointed due to the reason my hotel said this was a great place to eat. I do not know what was it that they seen so great about this place and i will never recommend this restaurant to anyone
