This Mexican restaurant is a favorite of mine because of their generous portions and flavorful dishes. The quesadilla is a must-try, with the meat and cheese heated separately before being loaded with toppings like cilantro, sour cream, and guacamole. Plus, they even offer bacon as a regular topping option, which is a delicious surprise.
