Last night, I discovered a fantastic restaurant that truly opened my eyes to Liberian cuisine. The friendly hosts guided us through the menu, and we enjoyed delicious dishes like Cassava Leaves with chicken and Turgborgee with fish, all bursting with unique flavors. The atmosphere was inviting, and I left with a deeper appreciation for the culture, eager to return and explore more of their offerings.
