Ordered once before, the beef and broccoli was alright but the chicken lomain was covered in clear gelatinous goop so we threw it out. The restaurant employees can't speak English and I have no idea how I managed to place and order in the first place. I was hungry a couple weeks later and decided to give the place a second chance because my standards aren't terribly high. I again ordered the beef and broccoli, but they hung up without taking my phone number. I had to re-call them to give them my cell number. After 20 minutes, I missed the initial call and called them back. They yelled in broken English about "no pay now" and I never got my food.
