RCC did an excellent job creating my wedding cake, which was designed as a medieval castle rather than a fairytale one. The owner took the time to ask detailed questions and sketch out our vision, resulting in a flavorful and moist cake with just the right amount of sweetness. The process was seamless and we were pleased with the warm and friendly service we received during our appointment.
