My mother called in her order but when she got there they could not find it. After being told it would only take 10 mins she ended up waiting almost 30 mins. After about 20 mins she asked how much longer it would take. The girl answered rudely and with much attitude that she would just have to wait. I have had many problem with them myself but because they deliver I was still using them. Not anymore thought not after the way they have treated my elderly mother.
