My favorite spot for authentic Guyanese cuisine is a cozy bakery tucked away on Utica Ave. The flavorful channah, pumpkin and chicken, and chicken and cabbage dishes are must-tries, always accompanied by their signature pepper sauce that adds the perfect kick. The warm, fluffy roti and delectable bake and saltfish are truly exceptional, making every visit worth it for the generous portions and delicious flavors.
