My anniversary stay at the resort from January 26-29 was wonderful despite a room mix-up initially, which was promptly resolved by Joleen (JO JO) at the front desk. Her exceptional customer service truly stood out and made our experience memorable. The resort provided a peaceful atmosphere, well-maintained amenities, and friendly service, making it a perfect retreat for families, golfers, and convention attendees alike.

Service was terrible. Ordered soup & a rib-eye. Waited 35 minutes and then they brought everything out at the same time. Did not offer a water refill even though my class was empty. Rib-Eye was like shoe leather. Vegetables were undercooked - hard as rocks. For what I got the price was ridiculously high. I am not a critical person and am very easy going, but I will not be back.
