The experience at this restaurant has turned into a source of frustration, as I often find myself waiting far longer than promised for my order while watching others get served first. Despite the charming atmosphere and friendly staff, the inconsistency in service and food quality has made me reconsider my patronage, especially when the simple act of honesty regarding wait times would go a long way in improving my visits.
