Found this great little breakfast spot with friendly service. The breakfast sandwich was really good, and it's a small, local shop run by the owner who was super nice and made a delicious BLT right in front of me. The iced coffee was a pleasant surprise too, made with frozen coffee cubes so it didn't get watery - definitely coming back next time I'm in town!
