I grabbed a bacon, egg, and cheese on an egg bagel, and it was absolutely delicious-the bacon was cooked just right, and the bagel was fresh and chewy. The staff was super friendly, and even though the line was long on a weekend, it moved quickly and efficiently. Honestly, I don't get the bad reviews because my experience was great, and I'll definitely be coming back whenever I'm in town.
