Bad food and poor service

I made a reservation at Cara Mia in Millburn NJ. I specifically told the person who answered the phone I would like a table in front of restaurant and not across the street in a crowded tent. They said no problem. When I got there the 5 tables in front were full. They told me to go across the street in a big tent. When I told them I do not like the tent. They tried to borrow an umbrella from restaurant next store and couldn't get one, They said we are sorry first come first serve which was not mentioned on the phone. I had to find another restaurant the last minute. This is a terrible way to treat customers. It sounds to me they are very desperate and tell you anything and hoping I would go across the street To a crowded tent, I will never go back even when this virus is over because they are not an honest restaurant,

Carnonara is amazing and the veal chop special amazing as well staff is superior
