Growing up in Southern NH, Fredericks was the go-to for birthday and celebratory cakes, and when it came time for my wedding, there was no doubt I would choose them. Susie was fantastic to work with, accommodating my gluten-free needs while ensuring the design matched exactly what we envisioned, and the cake held up beautifully in the July heat. After decades of enjoying their cakes, I can confidently say that Fredericks offers the most delicious and consistently high-quality baked goods, making them my favorite bakery for all special occasions.
