I tried the a la carte menu as a vegetarian and was pleasantly surprised by the General Tsao Tofu and Buddhist Delight with added tofu. The tofu was crispy and flavorful, which I enjoyed the most. Despite the limited options on the buffet, the food was delicious and the vegan Buddha Delight was a standout choice.
