Pay was okay but based on annual sales. It didn't matter how much experience you had. For the most part, they had lousy area supervisors who didn't always stand up for you when you were right. Vacations were a joke. If you didn't have a lot of backup or the company decided it wasn't a good time then you didn't get your vacation. It was better to make reservations that were nonrefundable so you could threaten them.
