My friend and I decided to grab breakfast sandwiches at Heitzman's in Louisville. Despite a mix-up with our order, the staff quickly resolved the issue and even gave us an extra bagel. The warm, welcoming atmosphere and delicious food make it my favorite spot for breakfast in the city.
