I used to grab these every Thursday at the street fair in downtown Palm Springs when I was a kid, and now my kids love them too. The flavors are fantastic, perfect for cooling down in the desert heat. Whenever I see their truck around, I can't resist getting a large orange Italian ice - it's just too good to pass up!
